It can be difficult to talk about ourselves, right? We don’t want to feel boastful and we want people to know how we can help, too! We’re all human and not everyone is going to match with everyone else… and that’s ok!
I try to provide a space that is safe and nonjudgmental, warm and inviting. What does that look like? It means that your feelings are valid, whatever they are. You are safe to express your thoughts and emotions and you will be validated for them. I will both support you as well as challenge you on your journey, to help you grow. Therapy isn’t one size fits all, so the approach depends on what you want to work on!
My greatest passion is helping people find the freedom to be their authentic selves, using an individualized, holistic, mind-body approach.
