I’m passionate about sparking creativity and working with each client through a process rather than for a product.

Hello and Welcome!

Sometimes life can get complicated, especially with all of the different roles and responsibilities we hold throughout our day to day lives and the transitions that we go through. That is why I want to help you be your own support system, cope with daily stressors and manage big emotions.

I will provide you with a safe therapeutic space to be yourself and say or express what you need to say without any criticism or judgment. I will be there to guide, support, and challenge you as you navigate both new and old situations and stressors.

I gravitated towards art therapy because of the positive impact that creating art and using art materials can have and how it can often be easier to express oneself through art. I use the skills I have learned in this wide range of experiences to better understand my clients, their experiences and their needs.

Our work together will focus on using the skills and resources you already have within you, as well as encouraging and amplifying your ability to be creative to ensure you get the most benefit from your time in therapy. My goal is to provide you with skills that you can use to your benefit even after your time in therapy is over.
